In the circles where I pace, egalitarian is the opposite of complementarianism. (Spellcheck says that's not a word--yet it is.) It's the difference between a marriage where spouses treat each other as equals, making decisions together and parceling out tasks according to strengths, and a marriage where gender roles are the norm as far as tasks are concerned and a husband has a final "vote" for any decisions the couple might make.
