Rest up! Seriously, don't push it, you'll only make it worse in the long run. Ankle sprains are pesky things and it's so easy to keep re-injuring if you don't give yourself ample healing time. It sucks to lose the training time and fall behind fitness-wise, but you will pull that back once you return to the class and have been at it a few weeks.

I know how frustrating it is though. Sorry this happened to you anon D:

Ayrt

Thanks for the advice. It's still bruised and though walking is fine (starts to ache after long walks though), twisting it too far does make it hurt. I really don't want to fall behind in the class, and I was really stoked about getting into shape (even going to the gym several times a week also), plus the class is prepaid for once a week and I can't get the money back. But of course I don't want to make my ankle worse. :( Thanks, I'll consider taking tonight off.
