Meh. Agatha Christie herself didn't like Poirot that much. You can really tell in her later books, Hastings borderline despises him.

As for the rest of her works, well there's no rule to say you should like them. I love them personally (Poirot included), but then that's me. I probably dislike something you consider a classic. Personal preference isn't really a big deal, is it?
