There are a lot of multifandom exchanges in the April/May/June/July months, if you're interested in writing during that time. Night on Fic Mountain just ran (it's sort of like Yuletide, but in the April/May/June period) but it might be something to look out for next year. Rarepair Exchange is currently in nominations period. If you like rare Asian fandoms then Parallels is currently in the nominations period, I think. If you like kids/YA book fandoms, then Exchange at Fic Corner is currently in nominations period.

For non-holiday events during the November/December months, I can't think of any offhand, but I don't usually participate in multifandom exchanges, so I can't be sure. But there is probably something, because there tend to be a lot of exchanges going on at that time. You might want to keep an eye on fandomcalendar to see what pops up.
