I have a problem and I'd like to talk to someone about it but I have no friends or family that lives nearby.

I could tell my grandparents or parents but they lives thousands of miles and hundreds of miles away, respectively and they'd have no real way to help me. Plus telling them would really stress them out and, like I said, there's really nothing they can do to help.

Should I tell them or try to find another outlet?
