FWIW, I can see where you're coming from. Accusations are difficult to be heard at the best of times, where as voices calling women lying bitches are so terrifyingly frequent that you really don't want to add to it.

Oh, Lord. If we're expected to take this seriously: you can deny an accusation without also calling the accuser a lying bitch. This is, in fact, possible.

And if you really expect anyone to take the rap for something like this when they know they're innocent, you're... ridiculous, and expecting something inhumane and unjust. I mean, for God's sake.

There are three things an accused man can publicly say:

1. I did it (She's telling the truth)
2. I didn't do it (She's Lying)
3. I have nothing to say about this until it goes to court.

No-one says 1. Every rapist, rape apologise, police office, and defence attorney says 2 to the point real victims can not ever be heard. a feminist should not add to this chorus. 3 is the only moral statement an innocent man can make.

3 is pretty much saying "I did it" though. Innocent people have nothing to hide, so it's basic reasoning to everyone that if you admit nothing either way, it means you're too cowardly to own up to your guilt.

No, 2 means "I didn't do it". Some people may interpret it as "she's lying", but that's their own failing.

You're right, women know how rare it is for anyone to believe them. That's why no women ever dare to lie, and anyone who accuses a woman of lying is the real liar.

This means you understand vocabulary. All of the words are in fact words. The syntax and the sentiment? That's another story.

Well, most of the time they are. False accusations of rape, sexual assault, sexual harrassment, etc. are in the low 2% range.

That doesn't mean the accused is guilty the rest of the time, but deliberate false reports are incredibly rare, so most of the people who claim them are either wrong and attributing malice where they shouldn't, or are flat out lying themselves.

No. Rape accusations that go to court and turn out to be false are in the 2 % range. This does not even remotely include all the false accusations that are proven as false before ever going to court.
