nah

nah kid

i feel you

but nah

RDJ was totally within his rights to do this. A brief promotional interview is not the proper place to ask "hard-hitting" (and IMO rather insultingly worded) questions, especially not about the actor's past that he has made plain he would rather move on from (like a lot of people.) I think people have a right to let bygones be bygones, especially if the person they were has no bearing on the person they are now.

All of this. It wasn't relevant to the film so RDJ didn't need to answer it. (I don't understand the mindset of, "He should've just answered the question and moved on" because then you have to question where the line is. Can interviewers ask about anything and the celeb is expected to answer or they're unprofessional? IDK, it just doesn't sit right with me. If RDJ had been fine discussing it then okay, more power to him, but I feel like that kind of question for an interview that was supposed to be centered on The Avengers wasn't appropriate. If anything it should've at least been mentioned to him beforehand so he could decide if he was cool with it.)
