Proceeding to puzzle over why Bruce/Natasha is what's pissing most Clintasha shippers off and not that other thing.

Lol I've seen a lot of clintasha fans get pissy over clints secret family too.
I guess they're just not as loud or obnoxious as the super anti-brutasha camp.

To be honest, I'm not a Clintasha shipper and I really didn't like how Bruce/Nat was handled.

Not that the pairing couldn't be good -- there's DEFINITELY some good fics out there.

But Whedon couldn't write it to save his life.

It's like sooooo many of these horrible blockbuster romances: it comes out of nowhere with no development and it completely shoves a female character into a supportive role for a male character instead of giving her her own story.

I could list SO many films that do this it's not even funny. And it sucks.

Any recs? I came out of the movie shipping it hard, even though the movie itself wasn't the best handling.
