UGH, I've just got such a kink for fucked up power dynamics, and Miscavige taking advantage of Cruise's mental/emotional imbalance and devotion to him and willingness to do ANYTHING he says and to BELIEVE anything he says...

Giving him increasingly darker and more fucked up demands and telling him it's going to get him closer to "clear" and going to get him closer to Miscavige and Cruise just sort of desperately going along with it, even as the demands become more and more painful and degrading and awful.

GUH.

Looks like it's special hell for me.

that's exactly how I ship it, we're going to hell in the same boat

Cruise desperately needing approval from someone he sees as powerful or an authority figure and when you have as much money and influence as he does, it can't be anything normal, it's gotta be religious or something like that in nature

Miscavige being 5'1" makes everything more interesting too

plus they're in the interesting position of being able to ruin each other. Miscavige by releasing all of Cruise's audit logs, and Cruise by turning on Scientology and bringing everything down because who wouldn't believe him at this point? so Miscavige has got to keep on giving approval and attention and keeping Cruise happy, and unlike with Travolta where plain old blackmail works, Cruise is making it all personal

And you know they go on yatchs together and then there are the motocycles with matching t-shirts and i believe that someone said that Miscavage showed Tom how to shot guns? Like they went on a shooting range and fun and stuff.

Not that it isn't fucked up manipulative, 'cause it is fucked up and manipulative couldn't work otherwise; but there's some fun dates for them too.
