If this is about Rachel Dolezal that bitch can go fuck herself.

Transracial and transethnic terms were coined to refer to black/non-white kids with adoptive white parents. That's the ONLY time you should use those terms, and even then you should use caution.
Trans-racial as in "whiteys doing blackface for real" aka Rachel Dolezal is not a legit thing.

"Trans-abled" people have psychological problems, but no, they don't have a right to claim a disability just because they ~feel like they're entitled to claim disabilities~. It's only legit in that it's a psychological condition (my sympathies for that), but no, it's not legit and it's fucking offensive.

I believe there isn't a proper term for that. You'd have to ask someone who's in that situation tbh
