Well I will say that when Bioware finally introduced female Qunari, they did pretty well. It probably helps that it also came with a Qunari player character, which meant a broad range of customization which implies, to my mind, a broad range of looks in the race. I have grown to view fictional races who all look practically identical as being badly developed.
