Yes, you will be in trouble. The reason being is that the human body needs time released calories instead of that strange sugar rush you have planned.
A healthy meal probably should have some protein, some complex carbohydrates, some ( not too much) fat, and some fiber. That way, all of the calories in that meal won't hit your system all at once. Your digestive system will process all of that stuff at different rates, so that you will get that meal's calories over a longer span of time, rather than all at once. This is one of the ways that your body can keep its blood sugar steady.

Yeah, you're probably right. I won't gain weight on the ice cream but I'll probably be ravenous for actual food the next day, which isn't good!
