Yumi Tamura's Basara. Post-apocalyptic fantasy shojo with a great heroine.

So many incredible characters! And so many neat little things tucked away in the background.

Love Basara! Wish I had more than 4 volumes (my country's publisher stopped translating mid-series).

Ditto. Such a great series, and it's a shame a couple of the volumes of the US release are out of print and crazy expensive.

I'd add 7 Seeds in there too. I love Yumi Tamura, I wish her works were more popular.
