I was a dick to other kids sometimes but I don't think I was ever a bully.

And I think there's a real difference between those two things. And, like, if we're saying that everyone who's ever teased someone else is a bully, then I think pretty much all human beings in history are bullies.

Anon above and IA. Anyone can be an asshole, and lots of average people do an assholish thing once in a while, but not all assholes are bullies. I would put the bar at repeatedly targeting the same person to harass, on purpose. Or something. It would have to be on purpose, I don't think you could be a "bully" passively
