I thought the movie was calling out the sexism that exists in the system. It's a room full of old white men drooling over a young woman, it doesn't have any bearing on her. Feminists are allowed to be sexy too. In the movie VG also gives her special treatment because he wants to boink her, something a lot of women have to put up with in their work environment, but that doesn't mean she didn't work hard to get where she was.

That being said I liked this movie a lot less than Miss Congeniality.
