I guess it depends on the type of undead? Very few people seem to have a problem with vampire sex, but zombies, especially the rotting kind, are a bit more of a problem. Mummies and liches I'd guess would be fairly difficult as well, if slightly in a less gooey and slightly more dusty/boney sort of way. Ghosts are a different question, depending on whether they can manifest a degree of solidity or if we're talking some kind of energy-manipulation sex-equivalent. Although with magical undead in general, energy field manipulation could be a interesting alternative in a lot of cases.

What I wish was that, in cases where the undead are pretty clearly functional consent-capable unliving beings that simply had a previous life phase, rather than mindless corpses, that people would treat smut involving them more as a kind of xenophilia rather than necrophilia. I'd like a lot more ghost/lich/mummy/soul-robot sex where people actually explore their physiology and alternate means of bringing it pleasure, rather than repeating tired old vanilla humanoid sex except with mildly rotted parts.

My vampires have some pretty squicky sex related things that I wish more people would explore. So yeah. I can understand that.
