Japan has a religious/cultural push against organ donation, and it's just increasing the usage of organs from China (which aren't always ethically sourced, so to speak.) Until we get better at growing organs in labs, the dead will have to be a resource.

I had an agreement like this with a good friend in college. He wanted to get his already freakishly low purity test score even lower. I gave him written permission to fuck my corpse if he outlived me.

Ghouls from Fallout are technically alive (I think) and, if they aren't feral, able to consent. Yet they look undead. Maybe try lusting after a few of them. May I reccomend Desmond, if you are into snarky British spies, or Charon, if you are into the big, silent, type (though, he comes with his own consent issues). There is also a sexy cowgirl Ghoul, though I don't recall her name.

I guess it depends on the type of undead? Very few people seem to have a problem with vampire sex, but zombies, especially the rotting kind, are a bit more of a problem. Mummies and liches I'd guess would be fairly difficult as well, if slightly in a less gooey and slightly more dusty/boney sort of way. Ghosts are a different question, depending on whether they can manifest a degree of solidity or if we're talking some kind of energy-manipulation sex-equivalent. Although with magical undead in general, energy field manipulation could be a interesting alternative in a lot of cases.

What I wish was that, in cases where the undead are pretty clearly functional consent-capable unliving beings that simply had a previous life phase, rather than mindless corpses, that people would treat smut involving them more as a kind of xenophilia rather than necrophilia. I'd like a lot more ghost/lich/mummy/soul-robot sex where people actually explore their physiology and alternate means of bringing it pleasure, rather than repeating tired old vanilla humanoid sex except with mildly rotted parts.

Uh, well, speaking of just Warcraft, no one really seems to have a problem with DK sex, do they? Almost all of the Thassarian/Koltira fic is full-throttle smut, and there's plenty of undead porn as well.

Surely you realize that consent isn't the only problem, OP. There's generally a quite natural revulsion toward putrefying corpses because of the association with a multiplicity of deadly diseases. Add cholera or gastroenteritis to the STD factor and yeah.
