no, then it defeats the purpose of the entire term. the point of having the word "mansplaining" in the vernacular is that it's a convenient way of encapsulating how irritating it is for someone who doesn't have to experience institutionalized sexism to dismiss sexist things. it explicitly deals with an outsider telling a minority group they know more about their oppression than they do, and that requires the outsider not be a woman.

if you need to describe someone who is being dismissive of sexism, we have a word for that too– dismissive.
