Okay, so I get what you're saying but there is a marked difference in taking pictures of someone sunbathing nude on their private property, for example, and taking pictures of someone who is performing live in public and who was already being photographed and filmed when the nudeness occurred, so to speak.

He might not have intended to put his dick out there, but it happened in full view of thousands of people and cameras in a place that was not private. He was consenting to have his picture taken already and while it may be unfortunate that his pants split and his dick popped out, the fact that a private part of him came into view does not revoke the consent overall. It's more akin to taking a picture of someone in a public place doing something embarrassing. Maybe they didn't mean to slip and fall on their ass while the cameras were on, but they did and now its out there for the world to see.

Is it kind of shitty? Yeah. But so are a lot of things.

No. That doesn't make it any fucking better. What stupid ass logic is this? That is the kind of logic that in a small step can evolve into, "Well she was in public dressed like that, she should have expected someone to put their hand on her ass."

You are misconstruing me stating a fact of the world we live in - where privacy and bodily consent are privileges afforded to very few and where there is a thin but distinguishable line between privacy and publicity - with thinking I'm saying "This is okay."
