Plus, it wasn't even developed by actual psychologists. And the psychology field does NOT use it. It's not much more accurate than your horoscope - feel good nonsense that anyone can interpret as pertaining specifically to themselves if they are motivated enough.

It is used by businesses to asses "good fits" with employees, yes. But no one really knows why it's still used when it's so widely criticized and no one really has anything good to say about its results.
