Theon is not underage, is a misogynist, and did some fucked up shit, so I'm sure some shippers get a kind of schadenfreude over him being made into Ramsay's bitch. Sansa's just an innocent underage girl who doesn't deserve any of the stuff that happens to her, so shipping this is just excessively cruel.
