God, yes. Like, constantly. Mostly because I love crossovers to a ridiculous extent, and most crossovers function like a beginner's guide to [x fandom], but still. Partial fandom list:

-Supernatural
-Teen Wolf
-Stargate (SG1 and Atlantis)
-The Sentinel
-Worm
-Doctor Who

I'm probably still forgetting some. Pretty sure there's a bunch of fandoms where I started reading the fic long before actually watching the damn show too.
