Well, the flying truck in Avengers AoU made me lol. Or the cups which were clearly glued to the tray in Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell series.

Sometimes the whole premise is wrong, like in SPN: Dean and Sam always arrive a little too late when someone's already died, so I think in terms of creating a hunting organization to prevent these things. Also it's hard to believe that no one knows anything beside the few in the know.

The second example is Naruto. The villages are basically competting bodygards/killers places for hire, that let kids fight to death.
