I think he would probably be a better president than Hillary. He wouldn't live up to peoples' stupid expectations, no, but people are going to be stupid no matter who gets elected.

And I don't think he would exacerbate the partisan divide, in the sense that I think the Republican Party will probably maintain a policy of die-hard obstructionism during any Democratic administration.

Of course it's a moot point as he's very unlikely to win the primary, let alone the general.

Yup. It doesn't really matter which Democrat is president, the Republicans at this point care more about being obstructive than they do about actually even pushing their own agenda or doing anything productive. They'll protest even something they like if it is pushed by a democrat.
