I'm sorry, OP. That really sucks. But, I think that just happens when you grow up. I still love HP (though I haven't reread it in a while), and I still think there are great fics being written out there. My (older) sister isn't really into HP anymore, which makes me sad, but as I've, too, gotten older I realize that age generally changes your perspective on things.
