Dear Friend,

Please leave your husband. It won't get any better, and the longer you stay in a marriage where your husband doesn't respect you and sticks you with all the childcare, the worse the effect will be on your kid. I don't think you fully understand how damaging it's going to be with your daughter growing up thinking that this is how mommies and daddies are supposed to be. If she grows up and marries an unfeeling douchebag who thinks she's stupid and dumb and worthless, I'm going to cry... and I'm going to blame you a little bit, even though I try not to.
