If you're in therapy there's probably not much we can say that's any more enlightening, but just to throw out there anyway in the spirit of discussion, PIV sex isn't the only kind of sex and it's okay if you don't like it. Not everybody does, plenty of straight women have more fun receiving oral sex or even non-penetrative rubbing. Though it does seem pretty bad if you can only think of it as "being invaded". Good luck with therapy. :)
