All of a sudden this morning, I had this massive craving for mafia AU fic. I've never given a thought to the genre before. Anyone have any recs? Any fandom is fine, it'd be pointless to list all the media I'm familiar with, and I can still get the idea when it's something I don't know.

I, personally, am not particularly a fan of animated TV series, like ponies, or steven universes, and so I probably won't read any of those. But I can't say what anyone else reading this comm might like. So just you do you and post what you want, really. I believe in you.

Incredible stuff, nicely fills in a lot that canon material doesn't tell us. Gets pretty dark, since the characters gradually shift closer to their "current" in-game selves, where one is a heroine and the other a villainess.

It's not like there aren't any written, but so many of them don't really have plot, or don't think through issues properly, or just aren't well done enough for my tastes... I'm sorry nobody responded to your request :(

I don't care about pairings, fic length, whatever. I just want something that's exploring crazy time magic or weird background characters or zany fan theories or anything.

I continue my request for Melissa/Stilinski that isn't buried in Sterek and other teen ships.

And I would like to add non-Petrellicest Heroes fic. If it's S4 or just AU enough to break up Noah/Sandra earlier, I'd be all about some Noah/Tracy or Noah/Lauren. Also domestic fluff for M3, and maybe a good Lyle fic.

Because poor Lyle. Nobody cares about Lyle.

Criminal Minds, Reid/Prentiss. I'm in a pretty fluffy mood today, so that's the kind of rec I'm really after, but I'd also be interested in something about them having been in a relationship prior to her 'death' and trying to rebuild when she returns.

I don't know that I have any involving the "death" issue on hand, but I found a few lighter ones that you may well enjoy:

There's another story involving those two that I love and would happily share, but it's not really fluffy nor does it involve them having a relationship prior to her death-it's more focused on Emily's feelings for Reid around the time of "Run", and reconciling those with her desire to leave. Basically anything that isn't established relationship for noncanon pairings. I'm fine with noncanon, I just want to see how it came to be.

I don't follow anime or cartoons, but do follow a wide array of live-action western media.
