Am I the only one who likes to try having alone time with some family members? I have family members I never get to see, and I'm always trying to find ways to get away with them. But I don't know if that's normal or if it's just that I'm one of those types who prefers one-on-one conversations to group conversations.

AYRT - Okay. I guess I should add I've been told (by someone in particular) that it's a bit immature/clingy. I mean, it's not like I hit people over the head and blindfold them, I just like having "us" time, and I find in family situations especially you'll be in the middle of a deep conversation when someone wants you to taste their gravy for them.

No, that seems completely reasonable to me. Esp for relatives you rarely see. That is how your forge strong bonds
