I almost went unanon because of how stupid I think you are.

If you live in the US (which most people here do), like 99% of places have "Noise Disturbance" laws. Basically if you are doing something very noisy that bothers someone else, they can call the law on you.

Obviously, you don't call 911 but you call your local police number. You give the address and the cops go by. If they hear the disturbance they will talk to the people and tell them need to turn that shit down. They rarely arrest anyone (unless the person is belligerent or something else is happening).

If it continues, you can call again. You won't get arrested for it because that is something you can legally call about.
