Weekend Plans!

I am having a scary movie tonight with my sisters! We are watching Oculus ( and then The Thing (which neither of them have seen). And tomorrow I have to make something to bring to a Halloween party. We will also be taking my nephew trick-r-treating, so of course a huge cold/wet front has swept in. : /

What are you all doing on this 2spooky weekend?

I will probably not be able to reply to these until very late (if at all). Movie night will be going on until midnight and no phones allowed!

Yuletide!!! I got my assignment so I'm going to rewatch the movie and then plot out a story and maybe write it.

Hopefully going out while my sister is at work, (shouldn't have mentioned it around Mom because now we have to wait for her "okay". FFS, I can spend 5 hours at work and 2 more hours at the nearby shopping center. but hanging around a shopping center in the middle of the day is "unsafe?")

And then hanging at home and passing out candy with my sister.

We don't celebrate Halloween here, so for me it's just a regular weekend. I had hoped I could go to friends' house tomorrow, since we're trying to watch all of the Star Wars movies (I haven't seen them before, so it's exciting, we've watched the first three now), but one of the friends is ill, so I doubt that'll happen. Now there's Saturday looming ahead, empty. Kinda sad about that. I'll probs do school stuff.

Sunday is the first day of NaNo, and since I have nothing else, I'm hoping to get a lot of writing done.

I'm house hunting tomorrow and then just enjoying the weekend. We don't get any trick or treaters, so it'll be quiet. I'll probably take advantage of having the house to myself and clean or bake.

Working still at the farmer's market so at least I'll get out and about.

Watch some horror movies, eat an excessive amount of cheap candy, maybe kill a few people and consume their souls. You know, typical Halloween activities.

One of my friends got her hands on an Oculus Rift DK2, so we're going to try out as many scary games as possible, interspersed with some Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes. I'm so hype it's ridiculous, I've been wanting to try that thing out for AGES.

Job hunting. Sleeping. I'm not feeling so great so I'm taking vicodin right now as well as ibuprofin and another NSAID. So I'm a bit groggy and meh, but I was in so much pain I didn't really have a choice.

Also working on my newest fic and hopefully finishing at least the first two chapters. I'm really excited about it. But I need to stop with the planning stage because I've got 16 chapter ideas. I need to write some before I come up with more ideas.

I have work tomorrow but we're allowed to dress up! So I put together a costume over the past week.

I'm pretty glad I work, though. Otherwise I wouldn't be doing anything at all, and that would be a shame because I love Halloween and haven't been able to do anything for it for a few years. So at least I'll be out and about and I'll have a reason to wear a costume.

We did a "trick for a treat" at the local pet store and scored two bone cookies, a ball and a doggie bag holder.

Dog's date was cancelled due to rain, so today I'm gonna play Ark (mammal breeding is in, but it's all glitchy and gestation is reset everytime I quit the game for the night. I'M NOT LEAVING MY COMPUTER ON FOR 18 HOURS FOR A BABY MAMMOTH)

Tomorrow will be thunder and storm so dog and I are gonna go up to the mountains and take some pictures.

Monday I've got off and more thunder, so more games.

Tuesday is a public holiday so dog date then.

I'm going yard-saling in the morning, then in the afternoon I'm going to the barn to feed the horses for my friend, who will be out of town. After they finish eating, I'm going to dress my horse Sharif up like Rarity and take pictures. After that it's back home to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. I'll probably spend Sunday trying to recover from all of that.

Probably bumming about on WoW, I made a warrior Orc lady who I'm quite enamoured with so I think I'm going to level her. I just don't know which spec I want to pick atm.

Some friends and I are going to an event at a local movie theater tomorrow morning. The event is 3 hours of watching cartoons and eating sugary cereal. It's going to be awesome.

Have an awesome movie night!! Tonight I had a Halloween party with family, saturday night a much boozier one with my friends. And on sunday I work in the middle of the day and go see Crimson Peak at night =)
