I'm going yard-saling in the morning, then in the afternoon I'm going to the barn to feed the horses for my friend, who will be out of town. After they finish eating, I'm going to dress my horse Sharif up like Rarity and take pictures. After that it's back home to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. I'll probably spend Sunday trying to recover from all of that.

What is involved with dressing a horse up? Do you dye the hair?

Yeah, I'm going to use a temporary dye and hair chalk on his mane and tail, plus non-toxic finger paints for the cutie mark, plus a paper unicorn horn. A lot of people get more elaborate, making actual costumes for their horses, which I've done in previous years but just don't have the energy to do anymore. Unfortunately, I couldn't dress him up today because of weather issues, but hopefully I'll be able to do it sometime next week. Fingers crossed!
