First het OTP: Mulder/Scully. Could be that I sort of shipped stuff before, but that's the first one I really got into and read fic of. Started out non-canon, ended up canon, as did most of my het ships.

First slash OTP: I honestly don't remember. Which is weird because most of my OTPs are slash now. I think it's because after I 'discovered' slash I went on a spree through several fandoms so they kind of run together. But if I had to guess it's either Archer/Trip from ST:Ent or Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan from SW.
