Probably Sarevok/Imoen. It's very non-canon and really not all that likely, given the one possible dialogue that can possibly happen between them (Sarevok turns the conversation around to disturb Imoen into leaving him alone), but I guess it was an idea based on wildly different personalities and a bit of enemy-shipping, or at least ex-enemies.

Canon ship? Vegeta/Bulma, which happened within the same calendar year (I got into DBZ due to a friend I made while in BG).
