Renner leaves me so conflicted cause I like him as an actor, I think he's stupid gorgeous, but he needs to keep his mouth shut most of the time. Middle aged white man has decidedly middle-aged white man blinders and thinks that shit is normal.

Yeah. And tumblr is so quick to swallow click bait headlines without reading the actual articles, and that just makes things worse. Like that "Jeremy Renner doesn't care about female actors not getting paid as much as male actors!!!" thing, where he actually said that he won't do the talking for his female co-workers when they negotiate for their pay since he doesn't know how that works, but he's all for everyone getting equal pay for equal work.
