Is the game like Clue but with a Sci-fi twist?

Just wondering, because that's what the various colors bring to mind

The setup of the game is that any character who gets the last word in an argument can briefly give orders to whoever they were arguing with. The villain lures a bunch of people to his mansion, then tests out his new one-way loudspeaker, which amounts to a crude mind control device since they can't respond to his arguments. It's played almost completely for laughs. (Gameplay-wise, it's mainly an adventure game, but it has an incredibly weird RPG-style "combat" system for arguing with people.)
