I don't think I've come across this "everyone should play with their man's ass!" attitude, but I do get a vague impression that there are weird standards about who's supposed to like anal. Like guys liking it is hot or adventurous or it's "the thing that gay guys do" but a woman who actually likes being penetrated that way and isn't just letting a man do it for his sake is some kind of mythical porn object (STFU Gillian Flynn).

I guess I live in the offline world where it's the opposite and women's anuses are assumed to be storage units available for anything a man may want to put in them at any time and men's anuses are sacred, to be breached only in an emergency by a licensed and trained professional.

The gross thing is that both standards about women are prevalent, as in it's a fantasy for them to take a dick in the ass but--in both a fucked up desire for them to exist for pleasure and an inappropriate backlash to that--the idea that she would actually like it is almost treated as bizarre or immaterial? The expectations about men are definitely more varied between fandom and your offline world you don't seem to think I'm also living in, but the difference is that men and male characters excite the fandom mindset by going against the anal play taboo, while women who like it is almost a turn-off because there's such an inescapable het porn gaze about it.
