It mostly looks good. Even as a non-religious person, though, it bothers me when this sort of thing mentions real world religious figures that modern people still follow. So the Yahweh and Krishna mentions bug me (not sure if people still worship Ra, but if they do that one bugs me too).

Well, it was the bad guy calling himself those things. He is probably (like most bad guys) pretty full of himself and his position in the world.
