I agree with you on the dynamics. I'm working on a fic, and this is exactly how I'm writing them. I like the ship, but only when she's in charge. But people can ship how they want, and there isn't anything wrong with others seeing it differently.

It's the dynamic I've seen in at least 90% of the Reylo fic out there. So... at least OP can stop worrying?

I've no idea about what kind of fics people are writing for this pairing, but I'd like to read something sweet about them, like teen Kylo and little Rey back during their Luke's Jedi Academy days.

Oh there are tons of those, and they are lovely.

I can't say I've seen the corrupting the innocent type fics for this pairing?

I can't say I've seen that type of fic at all anywhere.

The closest I've seen might be a fic where Kylo Ren definitely wants to lure Rey to the Dark side, but he fails because he's Kylo fucking Ren.

Someone's upset that more people are attracted to Adam Driver than John Boyega.

I don't ship the ship myself but by god I will take ANYTHING that isn't "ummmm did u no that reylo is abusive and if you ship it you condone real life abuse??? ummmmm??????"
