Funny. I'm actually already really sick and tired of this "Rey is so perfect t that she is effortlessly dominating and beating Kylo Ren in everything he does lololol" bullshit.

Well yeah that's a part. But he's also REALLY pathetic considering his role.

He was shot and has, at the time if the fight, lost a lot of blood, as they go out of their way to make clear. He has just killed his father and there is a high possibility that this didn't actually make him stronger, like he hoped. He got an additional lightsaber injury during his fight with Finn and is probably exhausted at that point from blood loss alone.
Then there is his surprise and anger at Rey still being capable of fighting and snatching the lightsaber and if there is anything we learned about Star Wars, it's that the Dark Side of the Force is not, in fact, always stronger or dependable for the user.
He has also, apparently, not yet finished his training under Snoke.

Him not winning that fight against Rey isn't pathetic, it's him not being a ridiculously overpowered Stu.

I don't get the "Kylo Ren sux at being a Sith" meme. He stops a blaster beam in mid-air, for Christ's sake. He bests everyone except for Rey, who has so much plot armor laid on her that fucking Palpatine at Super Saiyan Level 50,000 wouldn't be able to kill her.

I'd love to see a little oscillating back and forth, to be quite honest. The fandom is big enough that I think everyone can find something they like, hehe.
