Where do you find your gifs? I'd love to find some good porny gifs (especially good ass shots).

Various places. Usually reblogs from people and tumblr porn blogs (character look alike porn blogs are great for this). Reddit is also a pretty good resource.

Then I have a rarely updated NSFW sideblog I store things (mostly NSFE fanart and porn).

I'd use that last Tumblr as a place to find other people to follow (which is what I usually do).

I've had decent luck just trolling tumblr by doing tumblr.com/tagged/sex gif. Of course, that doesn't narrow it down by het/gay/threesome/etc.
