Have you ever tried writing longhand? I ended up giving it a shot one year during NaNo, and now it's what I turn to whenever I'm having trouble throwing down a draft. It removes internet distractions entirely, and I find that I build up a nice kind of momentum when I'm moving my hand across the paper that I just don't get when typing.

Having to take an extra step to type everything up later sucks, but you can start doing some preliminary editing while you do that.
