It doesn't matter if they're a better writer than the best published authors. The way they're advertising their book sounds cringeworthy as fuck.

Bad cover + Facebook campaign + quotes from HER FRIENDS for cover blurbs = very poor judgment. I guess it's possible the author is an amazing writer, but eh... it's not the way I'd bet.
