Assuming there's some kind of regulation or rating system where you are, I'd go with the hooker. Unfortunately on occaison the tinder/okcupid hookups may lie about their STI history

(not me! not me! a "friend" who admitted to me he was in the middle of a HIV scare/testing but continued hooking up with people on tinder for one-night stands. I was horrified)

As long as people use condoms, things are fairly safe. Sadly, I know a lot of people in my area doesn't bother with that as long as the girl is on the pill, because babies are scarier than HIV or other STD it seems :/
