Cooking shows are generally my favorites. Top Chef. Masterchef. Chopped. Cutthroat Kitchen.

Project Runway is always a favorite. I'm loving this season of Project Runway Junior. The kids are so excited in a way the adults used to be but haven't been for the past few seasons. And Tim Gunn is always awesome and clearly is excited by these kids with a passion for fashion.

For a while I liked Mystery Diners. Then I found out it is faked. And honestly I should have figured that out for myself sooner. Now when I see an episode it just makes me cringe. Most of the time it isn't even a good fake.

COOKING SHOWS YAY! I love Australia Masterchef. I find the judges so much more endearing. ♥

I did not know that Project Runway Junior was a thing, and now I will have to check it out.

A couple years ago there was Threads, which was kids. That wasn't so good. Junior is teenagers, though. And they're actually really talented and passionate about fashion. I've really enjoyed it, especially after the last regular PR season where no one seemed to care at all.

I've never seen "Project Runway", but I've seen Tim Gunn in interviews and he definitely seems like a really cool guy. I love the idea of him encouraging kids who want to get into the fashion world, that's adorable :).

He is honestly adorable. Part of it for me is that my dad's face looks almost exactly like his. But he's so sweet and encouraging while at the same time being honest and really trying to help. He's the sort of guy you want to hug.

I figured that there was no way Mystery Diners wasn't fake. The people on it just acted so poorly.

At first, that's why I assumed it wasn't faked. I figured faked would be better acted. But clearly not.
