Wasn't the whole point of that character that he was a cross-dressing man? Also, people can do their thing and all but idk if she'll be able to make it as memorable as he did, including aesthetically. He has a very dramatic, sharp-edged look that she doesn't really have.

The whole point of Frank N Furter was he celebrated hedonism, as a good Transylvanian should. But he took it too far, demonstrating that even celebration should have its limits.
