leftover pot roast, rice pilaf, and asparagus.

But right now I'm about to go eat a cinnamon roll and half a chocolate milk shake that my dad brought back from Burger King.

Broccoli, because it's Broccoli Day in the French Revolutionary Calendar.
Slightly-steamed-then-sautéed broccoli with potatoes and flaked almonds, to be precise.

Pseudo-konomiyaki. One of the two recipes I dish out when I really don't feel like cooking.

Why pseudo-konomiyaki? Okonomiyaki is dead easy.

Somehow we ended up doing formal Sunday dinner. We're doing a chicken dish that's baked in the oven over stuffing and then tater tots, wagon wheels, brussel sprouts, and corn for sides.

Mom went crazy for dinner, but that's okay with me.

Panera Bread - Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. Except I get it with no onions as I don't like raw onions, cheese because um, no, and no dressing because I add my own when I get home (this time it was sugar free balsamic).

I got my dinner made up for this week though if it helps you: long grain wild rice with mixed veggies, and a chicken thigh bone-in skin on that I put some pesto on. Baked the chicken at 400 degrees for 40 minutes total, flipped them over at the half way mark. When they were ready, I topped the chicken with tomato slices and goat cheese and let them cook for a few minutes more. I'm all set!

Shrimp pasta alfredo with salad.

Or, shrimp over linguine covered in alfredo sauce, with salad.

Pizza most likely. With mushrooms, spinach, onions, vegan sausage, and spicy tomato sauce. Maybe some sport pepper too if I'm feeling frisky.

Leftovers of the excessive amounts of Thai food we ordered for my birthday party last night. There were 12 people to feed yesterday, and there is more than enough for the 3 who live here to have a big dinner of it tonight. Might even make lunch tomorrow too.

Also, we've been ordering from this restaurant for almost 15 years now and my mom mentioned the birthday party when she placed the order and they sent a free thing of satay skewers with "Happy birthday!" on the outside of the box. Thanks, My Thai folks. :D
