(Anonymous) 2016-01-31 10:15 pm (UTC)(link)I got my dinner made up for this week though if it helps you: long grain wild rice with mixed veggies, and a chicken thigh bone-in skin on that I put some pesto on. Baked the chicken at 400 degrees for 40 minutes total, flipped them over at the half way mark. When they were ready, I topped the chicken with tomato slices and goat cheese and let them cook for a few minutes more. I'm all set!

Also, we've been ordering from this restaurant for almost 15 years now and my mom mentioned the birthday party when she placed the order and they sent a free thing of satay skewers with "Happy birthday!" on the outside of the box. Thanks, My Thai folks. :D
