I really like Captain Awkward, Ask Amy, Ask Carolyn Hax, and Ask Polly. Sometimes I read Doctor Nerdlove too, but his focus is fairly specific (addressing geeks, mostly male ones, who are trying to fix their love life) so it's not terribly relevant to my interests.
