Secret about my fave webcomics!

I suspected something like this happening and confess I'm just as hesitant as the rest of us who dislike bait and switch conversion messages. I'm cautiously holding hope to her just keeping it to themes and not a "convert or believe to be saved" stuff. It's up to like 500 comments now and tbh the ones I am wary of are any Christian nuts using the comic or comments section to be pushy pains in the ass.

I do think you should keep reading, considering the latter half of your secret. I'm privy to some spoilers (both before Patreon, as Patreon and discussions) and there are some things discussed later on that will be of interest to you. (I know nothing about chosen ones and the one who is three)

I'm afraid I don't know your other references.

Don't know what Dropsy is but I'll be honest, that page caught me completely off-guard (though I love the art, it's quite beautiful). Part of me was really confused; maybe I failed reading comprehension but I was NOT expecting it to go in that direction. Part of me was really excited though, because I do love stories based on religion and mythology, and I'm always looking for a decent and INTERESTING Christian-based fantasy.
(I sure as heck stayed away from reading the comments though, not that I usually read them normally. I have so little patience for the pointless arguing that these sorts of topics bring up.)

So yeah, overall not sure how to react. I'll keep reading, if only because the art is gorgeous but I'm still feeling kinda blindsided and it's going to take a while for me to stop going :/ in my brain about things.

I'm disappointed :X I just started reading, but now I think I'll stop - I'm kind of OD'd on Christian themes in my fantasy. It's everywhere.
Unless I'm misunderstanding the secret and comments.

I posted my thoughts in the comments, and the author admitted she was nervous about doing this and I'd hit on some of her biggest worries. I wound up reassuring her and telling her to have more confidence. At least for the moment, I'll see where this is going.

(The character I'm most worried about now is actually the archer. She could very easily fit into Christian-fiction stereotypes of angry misotheists who think God has personally slighted them. Still, it's way too early to guess what her arc will ultimately be.)
