Re: Which media coming out in 2016 are you looking forward to the most?

Zootopia and Sing - I'm hoping for awesome worldbuilding

Civil War - Bucky/Steve is the draw for me

Magnificent Seven - I love both the old movie and the TV show, and the cast sounds pretty good

The new Huntsman and Independence Day movies - liked the originals

Criminal Minds spinoff - I love the mother ship and I liked the other spinoff so this should be fun

Person of Interest - I need to finish the last 4 episodes but I'm really hoping that, if this is the last season, Team Machine finally wins

Bucky/Steve <3 *rubs hands*

To be honestly it looks glorious from the trailers already.

I'd be interested in the new Criminal Minds, though tbh I stopped watching the original a few seasons ago.

It really does! I'm so happy that they decided to put Bucky at the middle of things, and I really hope that when it's all over, Bucky and Steve are in a good place.

This is the first year I've been behind on CM, since I've had zero time to watch any TV. But I still enjoy the original. The spinoff features Gary Sinise as the head of FBI agents who deal with crime around the globe. I'm curious how well it will do but it sounds like a fresh take. The other spinoff seemed very samey to the original.

I'm curious about the CM spinoff, too. I like that this one seems to differentiate itself from the original series a bit, in a way that "Suspect Behavior" never really seemed to, and I think they've got a decent cast on their hands. Basically, so long as they can create the same sort of good, strong character chemistry that the original series has, I think that'll go a long way in helping with its success.

And I hope they do have some success with this one. I get why people are wary, but it'd be cool if they can ease people's concerns and doubts.

I agree with all of this. Watching SB, one of the things that bugged me was that they never clearly defined what a Red Cell was and how it was different from the regular BAU. They both seemed to deploy rapidly and deal with sensitive cases.

But, yes, it all comes down to chemistry. I think there's reason to hope there'll be good chemistry and I hope there'll be interesting cases.
